Deferrals
Receive a guaranteed spot into the following year’s race. Entry fees will not be refunded. A new registration including a 50% entry fee must be completed for the following year’s race.

Important Notables
Deferrals are only valid for the following year in the same event, space permitting.
Active duty and military personnel deployed or recalled may be refunded or deferred at no cost with proof of orders.
Pregnant and Postpartum mothers may be refunded or deferred at no cost with an authorized medical note.
Deferral redemption deadlines apply.
No refunds or changes permitted on transactions over 365 days.
No refunds on add-on items, merchandise or donations; all purchases are final.

Life Time reserves the right, in its sole and complete discretion, to deny entry, to revoke the entry application of any applicant at any time, and/or to disqualify any individual from the Event. Those who violate our registration/racing policy may be disqualified and potentially banned from participating in this and/or any other Life Time Event.

The full marathon distance will no longer be offered at the 2026 Phoenix 10K & Half Marathon. While 2025 was the final year of the full marathon, we’re incredibly proud of the role it played in celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Phoenix 10K. This decision was not made lightly, but we are committed to ensuring the event remains a memorable and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Exchanges can be made from the available inventory at the Results tent on race day.

Yes, but strollers are asked to line up at the back of the field.

Yes, the 10K and Half Marathon courses are USATF certified.

The shirt are women’s and unisex sizing, XS – XXL

Join one of our half marathon pace groups and make some friends while running your goal time of 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45 and 3:00. Pacers provided by the Phoenix Run Club.

Participants may pick up on behalf of their friends/family by presenting a copy of the participant’s photo ID and a screen shot of their participant’s QR code from the Life Time App. A digital photo on a cell phone will suffice.

Yes, they will be posted on the website within 24 hours.

Bibs should be worn on the front and be fully visible. 

The event will be held rain or shine. In the event of dangerous conditions, the event start times will be delayed.

Yes, you can check a bag at gear check on race morning. 

Yes, photos will automaticcally populate with your race results search under name or bib number online.

Go to raceplaceevents.com/contact-us. Enter your name and bib number.

Look for the registration signs near Macy’s off 24th street, North of Camelback.

Start Line: West side of 24th Street, 200 yards North of Camelback Road

Finish Line: East side of 24th Street by Macy’s, 400 yards North of Camelback Road

Restrooms will be on the west side of 24th St, north of Camelback Rd.

Go to the “Solutions” table located at registration.

Awards can be picked up at the “Awards Tent” after results have been posted. If you do not pick up award medal on race day, it will be available for pick up at runner’s den after November 15th.

The 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon courses all close at 12:30pm
