• Life Time Ambassadors + Dr. Art introduce themselves and welcome runners to the Phoenix Half Marathon 

• Dr. Art shares more about the history and legacy of the event 

• Official Phoenix Half Marathon medal reveal 

• Build excitement around what athletes will be working toward on November 8 

 

8:00 PM | Training Panel 

• Former professional runner Sara Slattery joins a panel discussion featuring Dr. Art focused on how to approach the final seven weeks of training leading into race day 

• Training guidance, preparation, community and race-day confidence 

 

8:30–9:30/10:00 PM | Mix & Mingle + Athlete Experiences 

Attendees can explore: 

• Life Time welcome table + raffle/giveaway/ Race Sign up Table 

• Dynamic Stretch booth with the DPT team

• Race Goal Wall — athletes can write down their race goals and snap a Polaroid
